Tristan Botelho - Entrepreneurship - Career Outcomes After a Failed Venture

Starting or joining a new venture is an exciting time. While all involved hope for success, failure is the most frequent outcome. What does this mean for the careers of the founders? How about their employees?

You are invited to join a live discussion with Tristan Botelho, Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior and Faculty Affiliate of the Program on Entrepreneurship, to discuss his recent work on the topic. We will explore the subsequent career effects of failure for founders and employees, as well as discuss broader implications.
