    Join us for a conversation between Lauren Caplan and Professor Tobias Moskowitz. The talk will cover the legal and regulatory landscape as it pertains to some of the hottest topics in finance: cryptocurrencies and digital assets; fintech; SPACs; ESG investing; climate change and carbon markets; and proxy voting.

    Lauren Caplan is currently a visiting lecturer at the Yale School of Management and serves as Associate General Counsel in Yale’s Office of the General Counsel and primarily supports the Yale Investments Office.

    Ms. Caplan will speak with Tobias Moskowitz, Dean Takahashi Professor of Finance, program chair of the Master’s Degree in Asset Management and principal at AQR Capital Management. They will discuss the role asset managers play in navigating an uncertain regulatory environment, Ms. Caplan's upcoming course on the topic, and the relationship between business and society. They will also answer your pre-submitted and real-time questions.
